 For this time, we learned about rendering objects and put patterns into them. It was a good experience and I really enjoyed rendering 3D.

 As I put pink colour of the texture, a brain looks like a fresh and a real brain. A walnut shell with a wood texture is also look like that.

Concept Generation and 3D Hybrid Design Printing

For the last class, we individually designed six concepts of hollow vessel by using Rhino 6, and then developed one of concepts with a partner to combine them to make a hybrid design. This project is required using FDM 3D Printer, and we took some time to learn how to use it and how the process is going to be. First of all, each we created six concepts of hollow vessel below, and I tried to make the shape interesting and also easy to collaborate with another concept from my partner so that FDM 3D Printer can create it. My objects He chose the last one in the second picture, especially the star-shaped on the top of the vessel. My partner is Len, and we shared our idea to pick favourite one among six concepts. Refinement of MashUp!

 For our third class of OBDF 110, we have time to critique our pieces of remixed objects which comes from a new generation of one of the culture. During the class when we discussed about our works, I got some feedback for higher quality of the mash-up model. We reviewed each member's works, and shared our idea, critique.  Tinkercad is just a simple program that we can easily approach to a 3D media culture, and how to create 3D model. So, in result, my works that made by this program were good, but look just simple as I mentioned, and mesh. A piece of my work that I chose, the surface of the stapler was not smooth and uneven. Papercraft Prototype

This is my work.  I decided to create a ship as a paper-craft assignment by thinking of my childhood. For years ago, I have experienced many times to take a ship to go to the island. That were memorable events in my childhood. This paper ship looks very simple, so I will put some details such as a plague on the top, windows, and rail of this ship. If the front of this ship becomes a triangle shape and sharper, the quality would be higher.  I enjoyed working this assignment!
